By registering for and participating in the Apeejay Run 2024 organised by Apeejay School Noida, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Participant Responsibility: You acknowledge that participating in a run can involve physical exertion and potential risks. You are responsible for assessing your own health and physical fitness and ensure that you are medically fit to participate. Parents will be responsible for pick & drop facilities for their kids in case of minors.
• Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that there are inherent risks associated with any physical activity, including the Runathon 2024. These risks may include but are not limited to injury, illness, or accidents.
• Release of Liability: You release Apeejay School Noida, its organisers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for any injury, illness, or harm that you may suffer as a result of your participation in the event.
• Compliance: By booking a ticket and participating in the event, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to abide by its terms.
• Photography and Promotion: You grant permission for the use of your image, likeness, or voice in any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• Event Changes: Apeejay School Noida, reserves the right to make changes to the event, including the route, timing, or cancellation, without liability. 
• Personal Responsibility: A designated storage area or counter may be provided at the event venue for participants to store their personal belongings. However, participants are solely responsible for their belongings and Apeejay School Noida and its organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the storage area or counter.
• Behaviour: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike and respectful manner throughout the event. Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification. 
• Environmental Responsibility: Encourage participants to respect the environment by disposing off trash properly.
• Jurisdiction: Disputes would be subject to the jurisdiction of The Ld. Delhi High Court or any of its subordinate courts, at Delhi.
• Waiver: I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated running/cycling/walking event. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers, its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
• Miscellaneous: The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a participant at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, a participant may be disqualified if he/she has behaved in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, has, or is likely to affect the safety of other participants; or uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser is acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs or fails, when required to produce proof of identity or age.

If any provision of these terms is declared by any judicial or other competent authority to be void, voidable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable the provision shall be amended in such a reasonable manner or it may be severed from the terms and in either event the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Please carefully consider your participation and consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns about your ability to participate safely. Your registration and participation signify your agreement with the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.

Refund Policy:

– In case of cancellation of the event, 100% amount will be refundable. 

– No question asked refund policy: In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organisers at least 10 days before the event date, at to get a full refund at [email protected].
